School Day Schedule

Arriving schools will go from the bus to the first available station. High School Guides will be available if requested. A typical group should be between 20-30 students and their teachers and chaperons. Most presentations are timed to be less than 15 minutes so that groups will move throughout the camp every 15 minutes. Groups will continue to rotate with their guides to the next numbered station until they have completed as many stations as they have time for. Groups should meet at the bleachers on the battlefield at 11:00 for a cannon demonstration and “mini re-enactment”.After this presentation by The Painted Stone Settlers groups can return to viewing the stations.

There are also two stations - the Indian Camp (#1) and Surveyor (#5) that are designated as 30 minutes instead of the usual 15. Lunch (for the groups eating on site) can be taken at any time.
